Cancellation and Refund Policy

How Inboxa's paid plans are billed, how to change or cancel one, and why a payment is not refunded.

Tejviq Technology, New Delhi, India

In short

  • Plans are paid monthly, or yearly for the price of 10 months. Each renews on the same date every month or year until you cancel, at the price shown before you pay.
  • Cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan stays until the end of the month or year you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
  • Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for the rest of a month or year you cancel in or for credits you did not use.
  • Credits have no cash value. A plan's credits come every month; on Growth and Scale, what you don't use carries into the next month, for that month only. A creation that fails gives its credits back.

1.Plans and prices

Inboxa's paid plans are billed monthly, or once a year for the price of 10 months, at these prices:

  • Starter: ₹999 a month, or ₹9,990 a year, for 100 credits a month
  • Growth: ₹1,999 a month, or ₹19,990 a year, for 250 credits a month
  • Scale: ₹4,999 a month, or ₹49,990 a year, for 650 credits a month

The price is shown again before you pay, and the same price is charged every month, or every year, for that plan.

A yearly plan is paid for the whole year at its start. Its credits still come a month at a time: each month of the year, counted from the day you paid, brings that month's credits.

If a partner brought you to Inboxa, your first month is 15% off, up to ₹200, as our Partner Terms say. The offer is for a monthly plan's first month, not for a yearly plan.

2.How you pay

Payments are taken by Razorpay, by card, UPI or netbanking. When you buy a plan, you set up a repeating payment (a mandate) with your card, UPI app or bank, and Razorpay takes each month's or year's payment on the date your plan renews. For a larger yearly payment, your bank or UPI app may ask you to approve it.

Razorpay handles your card number, UPI PIN and bank login. We never see or keep them.

3.Your plan's credits

  • Your plan's credits are there from the moment a month starts, and are for that month. On Growth and Scale, the credits you did not use carry into the next month, up to one month's credits; they are spent first, and are for that next month only. On other plans, what is left when a month ends does not carry over.
  • While your plan is on, you spend its credits. Free credits you had before are not added to them.
  • When a creation fails or is refused, its credits come back to your balance.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for money.

4.Changing plans

  • To a bigger plan: choose it in Settings at any time. It starts at once, for a full month, and the credits left on your current plan are added to its first month. Your current plan ends then, with nothing more charged for it.
  • From a monthly plan to a yearly one: choose it at any time. It starts at once, for a full year, in the same way.
  • To a smaller plan: cancel your current plan, and choose the smaller one once the month you paid for ends.
  • A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. To change it, cancel it and choose another plan once the year ends.

5.Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings, under Plan and billing. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan and its credits stay until the end of the month or year you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

If you cancel the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank instead, the next payment is not taken, and your plan ends when the month or year you paid for does.

When a plan ends, your account goes back to the free plan. Everything you made stays in your account; making reels needs a plan again.

Deleting your account cancels your plan at once, and the month or year it is in is not refunded.

6.When a payment fails

If a payment does not go through, Razorpay tries again over the next few days. Your plan stays on meanwhile, and the new month's credits come once the payment goes through.

If it still does not go through, your plan ends and your account goes back to the free plan. You can buy a plan again at any time.

If money left your account but the payment did not go through, it was never paid to us, and your bank returns it on its own.

7.No refunds

Each month or year is paid at its start, and payments for a plan are final. We do not refund a payment, in full or in part, including for the rest of a month or year you cancel in or for credits you did not use.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the last one.

If a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback), we may end the plan it paid for.

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8.Delivery

Inboxa is an online service, and nothing is shipped. A plan starts as soon as its first payment goes through, with its credits in your account at once. If they are not there within an hour, write to support@inboxa.in.

9.Questions and complaints
