In short
- Inboxa is for businesses and professionals aged 18 or over.
- You own what you upload and what you make with Inboxa, you decide what to make and publish, and you are responsible for it. Inboxa acts on your instructions, and you give us only the rights we need to make it and run the service.
- Before your first upload, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including from the people in it. We keep a record of that, and of every upload, as proof.
- Make only lawful, safe content you have the rights to: no adult content, hate, political content, or other people's brands or likeness without their permission.
- Credits pay for what you make, and come back when a creation fails. The free plan sends 200 Instagram DMs a month.
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy).
- Instagram's rules apply to DM automation: it answers only people who comment, within the limits Instagram sets.
1.This agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tejviq Technology, New Delhi, India ("Inboxa", "we", "us"). They apply to the Inboxa website, the Inboxa studio and its Instagram DM automation (together, the Service).
By ticking the box at sign-up, signing in or using the Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Inboxa for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you may. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and need no signature. An agreement made electronically, such as by ticking a box, is not unenforceable for that reason alone (section 10A).
Each time you tick a box, the version of these terms in force is recorded with it (see Records and evidence).
2.Who can use Inboxa
- You are 18 or over and able to make a binding contract under Indian law.
- You use Inboxa for your business or your profession.
- The details you give us are true, and you keep them up to date.
- You sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
3.What Inboxa does
Inboxa reads your public website, plans your content, and makes posts, carousels, reels, product photography, campaigns and voiceovers with AI. Its DM automation answers comments on your Instagram posts and reels with a message, and collects the leads who reply.
Some features are in beta. We may change, add or remove features, and we will tell you before a change takes away something you rely on.
Inboxa depends on services run by others, including Google, Meta and AI providers. When they change or stop working, parts of Inboxa may too.
4.Our role
Inboxa is a tool you direct. You decide what to ask for, what to upload, which creations to keep, and whether, where and when to publish or send them. Inboxa does not publish your posts or reels for you, and your DM automations send only the messages you set up. Iba checks requests against our rules, but that does not mean we have reviewed or approved your content.
For what you upload, and for the messages your DM automation sends and receives, Inboxa is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000: it stores and passes them on for you. We follow the due diligence the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ask of us, including these terms, a reminder of our rules at least once every three months, and the times under Grievance Officer.
Your creations are made by AI at your request, from your instructions, your uploads and your brand's details. Check each one before you use it.
For your customers' personal data, and the personal data in what you upload, you are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Inboxa is your Data Processor (see Your leads' data).
5.Credits, plans and the free period
- Making things uses credits. What each creation costs is shown before you make it.
- When a creation fails or is refused, its credits come back to your balance.
- Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- On the free plan, Instagram DM automation sends 200 DMs a calendar month, by India's time, and the first DM to each person, at most once in 30 days, ends with a short "Powered by Inboxa" line. When the month's DMs are used, the automations pause until the next month; nothing is charged, and nothing is ever billed without your consent.
- The photo tools (remove background, enhance and erase) work on 10 images a month on the free plan, and on 60, 120 or 200 a month on Starter, Growth and Scale.
- A plan started before the end of 25 Nov 2026 gives a fifth more credits every month, for as long as it stays on that plan. An account made before then is a founding member: Iba learns its brand's taste on every plan, the free plan included. For an account made later, brand learning comes with Growth and Scale.
- A new account gets free credits to start with, and its first post is made from them. On the free plan a reel's storyboard is paid for with credits like anything else, and the video itself is made only on a paid plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, or yearly for the price of 10 months, through Razorpay, at the prices shown before you pay, and renew until you cancel. A yearly plan's credits come every month. On Growth and Scale, credits not used in a month carry into the next month, for that month only. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy says how plans renew, change and end, and that a payment is not refunded. It is part of these terms.
6.Your content
Your content is what you give Inboxa (your requests, words, photos, logos and brand details) and what Inboxa makes for you (your creations).
You own your content, as far as the law allows. Inboxa does not claim ownership of it.
You give Tejviq Technology a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and adapt your content only to provide, secure and improve the Service, including sending it to the AI services that make your creations. We do not use it to train AI models. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
You confirm you have every right your content needs: you own it or have permission to use it, including the consent of every person who appears in it (and of a parent or guardian for a child), and the right to use any brand, product, artwork or words in it.
Before your first upload, and again when these terms change, Inboxa asks you to confirm this, and keeps a record of your confirmation and of each upload (see Records and evidence).
AI can make creations that resemble other people's work, and can make mistakes. Check every creation before you publish it. As between you and us, you are responsible for your content, for what you publish and send, and for every claim it makes about your products.
Where the law or the platform you post on requires it, say that a creation was made with AI, and do not remove any label or information we add to mark it as AI-made.
Creations made for free carry a small "Made with Inboxa" mark.
7.Content and use rules
Do not use Inboxa to make, upload or send:
- Sexual or adult content, or anything that sexualises or harms a child.
- Violence, gore, self-harm, or anything disturbing or meant to shock.
- Hate, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Political content, election material or political satire.
- Anything false or misleading, including made-up reviews, prices, offers, awards or results, health claims you cannot support, or a made-up event shown as real.
- Fake documents or records, such as certificates, IDs, bills or reports.
- Other people's trademarks, logos, products, artwork or other content without their permission.
- The face, voice or likeness of a real person without their consent, anything that invades someone's privacy, or anything that impersonates someone.
- Anything that helps make or get explosives, arms or ammunition.
- Gambling, betting or real-money games, or anything that promotes them.
- Anything that threatens India's unity, integrity, security or public order, or encourages anyone to commit a crime.
- Anything illegal in India, or against the rules of the platform it is posted on.
And do not:
- Send spam or unwanted messages, or run DM automation on an account you are not authorised to manage.
- Try to get around Inboxa's or Instagram's limits, checks or security, or upload viruses or other harmful code.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell Inboxa, or use it to build a competing product.
- Share your account, or use someone else's.
Iba checks requests against these rules and refuses what breaks them. We show you these rules when you sign up, and remind you of them at least once every three months.
Breaking these rules can be an offence under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Representation of the People Act, 1951. If you break them, we may remove the content, refuse your requests, and suspend or close your account at once, and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities and share your identity with the person it harmed.
If you believe something made with Inboxa infringes your rights or breaks these rules, write to support@inboxa.in with what it is and where you saw it. We look into every report, within the times under Grievance Officer.
8.Instagram and DM automation
- Connect only Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms. DM automation answers only people who comment on the posts and reels you choose, within the limits Instagram sets.
- Meta may limit, suspend or change Instagram's features or your account at any time. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, and cannot promise that every message is delivered.
9.Your leads' data
When people comment on or message your Instagram account, you decide why their data is collected: you are its Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, and Inboxa processes it for you, as your Data Processor.
- We process it only on your instructions, to run your automations and show you your leads. We never sell it, share it with another customer, or use it to train AI models.
- We protect it as our Privacy Policy describes, hold the companies that help us run Inboxa to the same, and tell you without delay if a breach affects it.
- We delete it when you delete a lead or your account, and help you answer the requests those people make.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect their data, telling them how you use it, answering their requests, and meeting what the law asks when some of them are under 18. Use what they share, such as an email address, only for what they shared it for, and do not add them to marketing without their consent.
10.Records and evidence
We keep a record of each box you tick or untick and each file you upload, with its date and time, the version of these terms in force, and a fingerprint, as our Privacy Policy describes. These records never include your IP address.
You agree that we may rely on these records, and produce them, with the certificate the law asks for, as evidence in any complaint, dispute or legal proceeding about your content or your use of the Service (Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, sections 61 to 63).
We keep them while your account is open and for 3 years after it closes, and longer only if a claim, an investigation or the law needs them.
11.What stays ours
Inboxa, its software, design, name and logo, and its templates and looks, belong to Tejviq Technology or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to own it. What you make with a template is your creation; the template itself stays ours.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything for them.
12.Availability
We work to keep Inboxa available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance, and will tell you in advance when we can.
13.Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise any business result, such as reach, followers, leads or sales.
To the extent Indian law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- We are not liable for your content, for what you publish or send, or for a claim that you did not have the right to use something you uploaded.
- We are not liable for the actions of Meta, Google or the other services Inboxa connects to, including the suspension of your Instagram account.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. While you use Inboxa without paying, we are not liable for loss arising from that use.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.
14.Your responsibility to us
You will compensate (indemnify) Tejviq Technology for any claim, loss, penalty or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from:
- Your content, including a claim that it infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness, or that you did not have the right to upload it.
- The personal data of your customers and of the people in what you upload, and how you collected and used it.
- What you publish or send with Inboxa, including your DM automations.
- Your use of the Service against these terms or the law, or of Instagram against its rules.
- A dispute between you and your customers, or anyone else, about your business.
We will tell you of such a claim when we can, and you will help us answer it. This continues after your account ends.
15.Suspension and ending
You can stop using Inboxa, and delete your account in Settings, at any time.
We may suspend or end your access, with notice where it is reasonable to give it, if you break these terms or the law, put others or Inboxa at risk, or if the law requires us to. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate suspension.
When your account ends, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy says. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as Your content, Records and evidence, Your responsibility to us, the limits of liability and the law, continue.
16.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you have a problem, write to our Grievance Officer first, and we will try to resolve it with you.
A dispute that is not resolved within 30 days of your writing will be settled by arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi and conducted in English. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you by email or in Inboxa at least 14 days before it takes effect, and ask you again to confirm your rights before your next upload. If you keep using Inboxa after that, the new terms apply.
The version of 6 October 2026 added paid plans and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. It applies to accounts made from that day, and to anyone who buys a plan from the moment they buy it. For an account made before it, it applies from 21 October 2026, and until then the terms that account agreed to apply.
The version of 12 October 2026 set the free plan's Instagram DMs at 200 a month in place of 14 free days, and a monthly number of images for the photo tools. It applies to accounts made from that day. For an account made before it, it applies from 27 October 2026; until then that account keeps its 14 free days while they last, then sends 200 DMs a month without the Inboxa line, and its photo tools have no monthly limit.
18.General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over Inboxa.
- We send notices to the email address you sign in with. You send yours to support@inboxa.in.
19.Grievance Officer
Complaints about the Service, including reports of content that breaks these terms, go to our Grievance Officer, Amit Chakraborty, at support@inboxa.in, Tejviq Technology, New Delhi, India.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days.
- A removal ordered by a court, or by the Government or its agency under the law, is acted on within 3 hours.
- A request to remove content that breaks these terms or the law is acted on within 36 hours.
- A report of content that shows a person nude or in a sexual act, or impersonates them, including a morphed image, is acted on within 2 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days of it, at gac.gov.in.
